  2. Shipping: Your order will be processed within 1 business day. It will be shipped via USPS and should arrive in 3-5 business days. If you experience delays in the delivery of your product, you may contact our customer care department at 888-918-6648 to receive an extension of your trial offer.

  3. Return Policy: Please send all returns to Fulfillment Center, 4956 W 6200 S Suite #523, Kearns, UT 84118 USA. You are NOT required to return the trial product in order to cancel out of the monthly subscription or to avoid being charged anything further. If you do not wish to be billed the full $79.95 at the end of the trial period, or you do not wish to be in the monthly subscription program, simply request to cancel by contacting our Customer Support at support@natureshydro.com or call: 888-918-6648 and you won't be billed or sent anything else further.

  4. DESCRIPTOR: Please note that your purchase will appear as NaturesHydro.com on your credit card statement.
  5. Refund Policy: Please contact our customer support at 888-918-6648 request a refund. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUSED TO THE SAME CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD THAT WAS USED TO PURCHASE. PLEASE ALLOW 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR REFUNDS TO APPEAR IN YOUR ACCOUNT. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are Non-Refundable.

  6. Trial Orders: This website offers a 14 day trial, (plus 4 days to allow for shipping), for a total of an 18 day trial. By placing your order for Nature's Hydro, you are paying only $4.95 for shipping & handling today. Please allow at least 4 days for the product to arrive to your shipping address via USPS. Your trial period begins the day that you place your order and may be cancelled by phone at 888-918-6648 during your 18 days from today. If you have not contacted our support to cancel your trial product during your 18 day trial, you will be billed the full price of $79.95 for the product and you will be officially enrolled in our monthly subscription program. Every 30 days from today, you will be billed only $79.95 plus shipping ($4.95) and sent another full 30 day supply of Nature's Hydro. The shipping & handling charge of $4.95 is non-refundable. You may easily cancel your monthly subscription anytime by contacting customer support via calling 888-918-6648 or via email to support@natureshydro.com. You may also request to extend your trial period if necessary by calling us anytime before your trial period is over.

  7. Cancellation Info: Unless you contact our customer care department at 888-918-6648 to cancel your monthly subscription, you will continue to receive product every month and be billed the full price of $79.95 for it. Your request for cancellation, whether by phone or e-mail, will be processed immediately; however, you will be responsible for payment of any product that has either already been shipped to you or that has already been delivered to you at the time of your cancellation. If you are trying to cancel outside of the customer care hours of operation you may submit a request of cancellation by e-mail to support@natureshydro.com. All cancellation requests whether by email or by phone should receive a cancellation number and an email stating your subscription has been cancelled. You must keep this cancellation number or email for your records that you have been cancelled.

  8. Did Not Receive / Lost Package: All products are expected to be received within 3-4 business days after it ships. If you do not receive the product after 5 business days of ordering you must contact customer support at 888-918-6648 and request the trial be extended and that the product be reshipped before the 18 day trial has elapsed. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, if the order is shown as delivered we are to believe it has been delivered unless you call to state otherwise before the 18 day trial has elapsed. There will be no refunds for product claimed to be undelivered if we are not notified before the 18 day trial has elapsed and the package is shown as delivered with delivery confirmation. There may be times when shipments are delayed a few extra days.

  9. Trial Awareness and Compliance: We make sure all customers are aware of the terms and conditions of this offer. We have consulted with our legal team who conducted a compliance review of our website and product and were told we were in compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.

  10. Trial Extension: We may at any time choose to extend your trial to give you more time to try the product and service out. You may also extend your trial by calling us anytime before the 18th day to get more time added to your trial.

  11. Reversals and Chargebacks: We consider Chargebacks and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of services, and will be treated as such. We reserve the right to file a complaint with the appropriate local and federal authorities to investigate. Be advised that all activity and IP address information is being monitored and that this information may be used in a civil and/or criminal case(s) against a client if there is fraudulent use and or theft of services.

  12. Your Registration Obligations: In consideration of your use of the Services and Site, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the 'Registration Data') and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
