How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Usually we have all items in stock. If this is the case it will ship in one to two business days. If we are overwhelmed with business and low on stock it can take as long as 7-10 days for your unit to ship. Depending on where you are located in the country, you can expect any purchase to arrive in roughly one to two weeks.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MC, DISC, AMEX, DINERS CLUB, ETC.

Can I pick up a purchase at your plant?

How easy are your systems to use and setup ?
Very easy, we do all the hard work for you!! Every item is individually labeled with numbers to help guide you through the quick setup process. Everything is pre-built and safely packed for shipping. It takes the average adult about 20 minutes to setup. If you need additional help your purchase comes with an instructional video, and phone support. All you need to do is add water and seeds.

How secure is my personal information, and is it shipped discretely?
Very secure. The privacy of our customers is our number one priority. We take EXTREME measures to ensure your information is kept complete CONFIDENTIAL. Your item will be shipped with no identifying labels of any kind.

How much power do these units draw and will I have power spikes ?
They draw about the same amount of power as a refrigerator ($20 a month on average). If your looking to save costs on electricity and reduce the possibility of power spikes then replace your normal incandescent lights with compact fluorescents which draw much less power.

How much plant weight can I grow with your system in a year?
You can grow roughly 15lbs of plant matter yearly with each "Caddy" unit. You can grow roughly 9lbs of plant matter with each "Mini Caddy unit". These figures are based on a 400 watt lighting system and following the instructions for recommended feeding and flowering cycles.
Of course there are many variables such as if your starting from seeds, whether your growing tomatoes, peppers, basil, etc. Basically....A LOT!!!

Do your systems produce much noise or allow for light leakage?
Both the "Caddy" and "Mini-Caddy" contain powerful fans to keep the lighting systems cool. These fans are about as loud as a low level air conditioner. They are not loud or noticeable unless you place your ear up to the fan exhaust. On all our systems there is virtually no light leakage, with the exception of the "Mini-Caddy" on which there is light leakage on either side of the unit. This is unavoidable due to the high cooling requirements, and small size of the system.

Are there any special room temperature requirements?
Temperature range is 30F-94F.
Almost if not all our competitions grow boxes run very hot and are generally around 18-30F above room temperature inside their systems.
With our innovative inline cooling the inside temperature of the grow cab never gets above 5F above room temperature. Therefore it is safe to run your grow box up to 94 F. Any higher ambient room temperatures could cause damage to your plants depending on what species your growing. However keep in mind that for most grow boxes you need to keep the room temp below 68F to keep from frying plants, so this is one of our many advantages over the competition!
When it comes to cold weather just turn each fan off independently to reach your desired internal temperature.

What sized closet can the Mini Cool Cab or Mini Caddy be used in?
The ambient room temperature for the Mini Cool cab or Mini Caddy can not exceed 95 degrees F. There is a 6 degree F rise in the Mini Caddy, meaning if the outside temperature is 95 degrees F then the inside Mini Caddy the temperature is 101 degree F. ( The Caddy has a 5 degree F rise) Our thermal shut-off switch is set for 105 degrees F (shuts down the lighting). There are many factors that determine the minimum size of the closet/room that you can put the Mini Cool Cab or Mini Caddy in. Heat dissipation of the enclosure (closet/room) material, volume, air flow etc. Remember, as the Caddy or Mini Caddy runs with it's lights on, it is generating heat that is exhausted out.

What's the difference between all your Plug-N-Play Systems?

Can I Use A 600 Or 1000w Light In My Sunlight Shed?
You should not use a 600 or 1000w light for a few reasons.
1.) It will cause overheating and possibly kill your plants
2.) You will get more out of a 400w light than a 600/1000 since the 400w light can be one inch from your plant growing tips, instead of 10-15" with a 600/1000w bulb. The reason being with a 400w light the glass is cool to the touch, and the closer the light it's exponential how much brighter the bulb actually is.
3.) It pulls less power
4.) It's already overkill for the interior space of your unit.
5.) replacement bulbs are cheaper
Trust us, we'd love to offer a 600 or 1000w system since it would be higher sale prices, but realistically it's not worthwhile, and we want you to be happy and have success.

My Plants Look Sick What Do I Do?
9 times out of 10 plant sickness is due to extreme abuse from not following the directions. There is a video in the video media section that covers a range of topics from insects to pH levels.
You can lslo use the guide below to help identify your problem. Remember your pH should be 6.5-7.0 and you should be following the directions with regards to the nutrients.

How Do You Compare To The Competition?
Due to very high number of complaints about different companies and bad experiences when buying other companies products, we've decided to add this to the FAQ's. We get calls every week asking for tech support on failing products from different competitors, and it is very sad to hear the sob stories.
First, you should check the BBB rating for other companies. Many 'companies' have nice websites, but are a one man garage operation and basically slap systems together with no research and development. When looking at some of these systems we can very easily see multiple design flaws we scratched after numerous tests. We spend over 18 months testing each of our systems prior to putting them into the market. That is why we know WHAT WORKS and WHAT DOESN'T.
Also check the address for their 'business', and you may notice their business address is for their home residence. This means it is a one man operation and your warranty, products, and service will most likely be substandard.

What should I look for when choosing an all-in-one automated hydroponics grow cabinet?
First narrow down your selection by only dealing with companies that:
A. Offer you more than a 1 year warranty
B. EVERY system has PROPERLY and professionally air-cooled lights (if even one of their systems do not, watch out. Also beware of any company that offers 1000 Watts in their units. This is another red flag. 600's work much better, run MUCH cooler, and use much less energy. They sell them because it sounds good and is actually cheaper than 600's)
C. offer more than just drip/aeroponic watering system. Supercloset recommends ebb'n'flow though our smaller units use a special safe drip/bubble feed system. Drip and aero type systems must be maintained much more, cleaned to prevent clogging, and PH and TDS just right since roots are hanging directly in the water.
D. Are PROFESSIONAL and sell PROFESSIONAL systems. Make sure they really know what they are doing and selling. Basically, there are companies out there who seem they have no idea what they are doing and seem have never tested their products. Look at details and choose wisely. How many plants can I grow?
You decide. We recommend 11 in the Deluxe and 22 in the S2S or B2B. But if you want you can use smaller cubes and grow 24 in the Deluxe and 48 in the S2s or B2B. And switch to soil as well!Everything is explained in our free Grow DVD and easy to follow instruction manual.

What can I expect to produce and yield?
It depends on type of plant and strain. Many companies offer misleading statistics. The bottom line is that Supercloset guarantees you grow MORE with much better QUALITY (no mold or mildew), due to the cabinet being bigger (ours is 24inches deep versus their 18 inches deep yields an entire 9 more cubic feet of growing space) also by growing with 3x the air flow (an experienced grower will tell you “proper air-flow is everything”), an internal circulation fan, a trellis to support and tie down your plants that can help produce up to 50% more, the ability to have more plants, and better lights than any other system that come with a 3 year warranty.

What else are the main differences between the Supercloset and other systems on the market?
In addition to all those mentioned, a major difference is in the watering. Most other systems uses an NFT or aeroponic combination type set-up, whereas we strongly recommend using the ebb and flow method. We offer the NFT/bubble system in our smaller units, but when growing plants either bigger than 1 ½ ft or longer than 6 weeks, many times plants start to develop root rot, and overcrowding/tangling of roots. This is why companies only show their system with the beginning stages of root growth. It doesn’t stay white like that long unless you are an experienced pro. Another reason ebb and flow works better is that NFT/air type systems there is a much higher risk due to say an electrical outage, ph unbalanced in water, or wrong nutrient mix. Since the roots are literally hanging in the water they can die instantly within hours. They are much more sensitive and time and time again you hear someone say that everything was going great until… With ebb and flow you can grow hydro or soil with thicker, bigger, and stronger plants, with much less risks.

Any others?
Among those many others including all the accessories is the appearance. Our Supercloset is designed so that the controls are all on the back versus the front like some others. We feel the whole point of a nice looking high-end cabinet is to leave it like that, nice and clean.

How safe is the Supercloset?
We make it a point to keep your growing experience safe and enjoyable. That is why everything is automated and we include a GFCI electrical plug, so that there is no way for shock or even damage due to electrical shortage, and troubling weather like lightning, etc.

How long will it take to receive the Supercloset after ordering?

How easy is it to set up and operate?

How much electricity does it consume?
Minimal. It can be plugged in any outlet in your home or apartment (~6 amps) and does not spike your electricity bill (~$25 more per month)

How often do I change the water?
You should change the water and nutrients every 7-10 days. Keep reservoir filled with normal tap water. You can actually leave your Supercloset for up to 3 days without doing one thing.

Does it really come with everything, even nutrients?
Yes. Plus hundreds off dollars of accessories we throw in for you as well. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

What about CO2?
Though it is offered and can produce better results, Supercloset is the only system that does not need CO2. The reason? Again, because most systems have poor airflow system with no circulation fan, plants stuck in the corners of those systems do not receive any air.

What about sound and odor?
Our new upgraded professional carbon filter (not homemade) muffles the sound from the fan, and takes away all smells. Since our overall airflow is about 3x stronger than other systems, ALL the air is being pushed out of the filter, and is not leaking out elsewhere.

How is the temperature inside the unit?
Supercloset runs very cool due to its air-cooled lighting, strong output fan and internal circulation fan.

How long does it take to harvest?
It depends on what you are growing. All plants are different and even every species vary greatly as well. You will get the absolute fastest most efficient results, due to our better light spectrum and airflow. Most all plants reach desired results around 2 months

Is the Supercloset under warranty?
All components are under warranty for at least 1 up to 5 years.
