• What is the Stealth RO 200?
  • Todays Water Supplies are not what they used to be, especially in Metropolitan areas. High pH Level, Iron Oxide, and Chlorine content have gone up dramatically. Even Ground Water can have traces of Rust, unwanted Nitrates, and Pesticides. The newest addition to the SuperCloset line up is the Stealth RO 200, a water purification system (RO stands for Reverse Osmosis). Easy to set up and easy to use, here are some specs:

• What is the Net Trellis for?
  This is to tie down and support your plants to get the maximum yield. This is very essential when growing plants over 2 feet tall. Tied down and supported correctly your plants can produce up to 50% more.

• Can I grow with soil?
  Yes, a popular feature to NaturesHydro is the ability to switch up from hydroponics to soil at anytime. We recommend everyone try out all-natural organic soil now and then

• Do you provide technical support?

• Is the NaturesHydro under warranty?
  All components (except the bulb) are under warranty for 3 years.

• How long does it take to harvest?
  It depends on what you are growing. All plants are different and even every species vary greatly as well. You will get the absolute fastest, most efficient results, due to our better light spectrum and airflow. Most all plants reach desired results around 2 months.

• How is the temperature inside the unit?
• NaturesHydro’s run very cool due to their air-cooled lighting, strong output fan and internal circulation fan.

• What about sound and odor?
  Our new upgraded professional carbon filter (not homemade) muffles the sound from the fan, and takes away all smells. Since our overall airflow is about 3x stronger than other systems, ALL the air is being pushed out of the filter, and is not leaking out elsewhere.

• What about CO2?
• Though it is offered, recommended, and can certainly produce better results, NaturesHydro is the only system that does not need CO2. The reason? Again, because most other systems on the market have poor airflow system with no circulation fan, plants stuck in the corners of those systems do not receive any air. If you do decide to purchase CO2 you will be responsible for acquiring the tank. A 5 or 10 gallon tank usually works well, it just depends on how often you want to refill it.

• How often do I change the water?
• You should change the water and nutrients every 5-10 days, depending on the system and how large the plants are. The bigger the plants, the more water they absorb. Keep the reservoir filled with normal tap water, but be sure to pH the water before you add it to the system. You can actually leave your NaturesHydro grow box  for up to 3 days without doing one thing.

• How much electricity does it consume?
  • Although you will notice a slight increase on your utility bill, the rate is minimal. NaturesHydros can be plugged into any standard 110v outlet in your home, apartment, or office. They will pull anywhere from 2-10 amps (depending on the system and lighting options) and will not spike your electricity bill.
• How safe is the NaturesHydro?
  • We make it a point to keep your growing experience safe and enjoyable. Everything is automated and we include a GFCI electrical plug, so there is no way for shock or electrical shortages to damage your NaturesHydro
  • What are the main differences between NaturesHydro’s Grow Systems and other systems on the market.

Most other systems use an NFT or aeroponic combination type set-up, whereas we strongly recommend using our Superponics method. Superponics is defined as a synthesis of hydroponics technology. • What kind of experience do I need?

Shipping

• What are the shipping costs?
  • You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

• Will the item arrive concealed? Do you use stealth shipping? 
  • Yes. The grow box will arrive completely concealed and look like a piece of furniture is being delivered. There is nothing to indicate what you ordered on the delivery paperwork handled by the shipping company. Also, all of your order information is kept in privacy on our end during and after the purchase.

• How long does it take for my order to arrive?
  • Usually we have most items in stock. If this is the case it will ship in one to two business days. If we are overwhelmed with business and low on stock it can take as long as 10-16 days for your unit to ship (particularly for the turn-key systems). Depending on where you are located in the country, you can expect any purchase to arrive in roughly one to three weeks.
